Attendance (Licensed)
Attendance Record Classification
OrangeHRM can now automatically decide whether a punch is an In or Out by looking at the employee’s work schedule, leave records, and break times. If no rules are set, the system will still classify punches in order (first punch as In, second as Out, and so on).
- Automatic classification of punches, even when device data is delayed or incomplete.
- Works with employee schedules, approved leave, and defined breaks.
- Falls back to simple sequential logic if no rules are defined.
- Classified records are clearly marked in the Audit Trail.
- Reduces manual corrections for HR.
- Ensures more accurate attendance reports.
- Provides greater visibility and transparency.
