According to the performance evaluation standards in your organization, you can select the most suitable method to create the appraisals which will cater to your organization.
Method 1
If there is a standard set of competencies, KPI's or questions in your organization appraisal form, you can create sections and add them into the performance template to create appraisals for the employees.
Note: You can define the sections as the competencies, goals, and questions in the template. The goals will be mapped based on the employees that you have created the goals.
